Our process always begins with a discovery consultation, where our client’s needs and vision are explored. During this time we discuss the latest technological trends, collaborate with the designers and contractors, and address budget constraints. Once all parties are on the same page, a project estimate is presented.

Once we understand our client’s goals and interests, a detailed report is developed in accordance with the plans. The system design and engineering team define all aspects of the project’s functionality for each space and room. An extensive set of project drawings are then created.

When the client has approved the project, we begin installation in two phases. Pre-wiring – executed during construction, and hardware installation – completed in the finishing stages. The length of time required for full installation depends upon the construction schedule.

Following the completion of every project, our team takes the time to ensure everyone in the home knows how to operate the system so it can be enjoyed to the fullest extent.
