End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User”) and Digital Media Innovations (“we”, “our”, or “us”) regarding your use of our QuickBooks Admin Dashboard application (“Application”).

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application solely for viewing QuickBooks invoice data.

2. Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Application.
• You may not use the Application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3. Ownership

The Application and all intellectual property rights belong to Digital Media Innovations.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Application, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
